The Barley Mill –– McMenamins' oldest pub –– is still a Southeast Portland favorite where it has radiated tie–dyed good vibes at the corner of Hawthorne Boulevard and S.E. 17th for some 20–plus years.
Serving tasty food and beer since 1983, the cozy Barley Mill is also festooned with colorful artwork and artifacts everywhere you look, including some great Grateful Dead memorabilia. Another good–times magnet is our classic Brunswick pool table. Families are most welcome, and kids especially like our sunny upstairs and our outdoor dining area.
