Comfortable sophistication and handcrafted ales make this pub a destination.

A popular hangout in Portland's trendy Northwest 23rd neighborhood, The Rams Head is housed in "The Campbell", a residential hotel (now high–end condos) built in 1912. The Rams Head has a dignified–but–jaunty air, just a step down off the sidewalk, like a British men's club dotted with psychedelic wall doodles. With its coffered ceilings, stamped–tin wainscoting, and comfy couches, its quiet sophistication makes Rams Head a destination for visitors and locals alike. Outdoor seating on a warm summers day may be hard to find as patrons enjoy frosty handcrafted ales, often accompanied by a tongue–wagging canine or two.
