Spring Pilates Studio is dedicated to making the Pilates Method accessible to everyone in our community. We offer Pilates at all levels in private sessions, duets, trios and small group classes.
Pilates is a mind and body conditioning exercise program that targets the deep postural muscles of the abdomen and spine so that all movement is initiated and supported by the core. This improves core-strength and stability. A repertoire of hundreds of exercises is performed systematically on mat and spring-based apparatus, imprinting movement that strengthens all muscles and enables efficient functioning without injury. It creates a leaner appearance, balances muscle-specific sports, increases flexibility, improves posture and engages the mind for a feeling of well-being and rejuvenation.
